Phyllis I. Piraino

AVOCA - Phyllis I. Piraino,69, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, in Avoca.

Born in Wellsville on July 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the Leroy Dodson, who predeceased her and Beatrice Leal Dodson, who survives.

Besides her father, she was also predeceased by her son, Ross F. Piraino.

She was employed as a nurse at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville.

Her family include her

four sons; Peter J. Piraino of Geneseo, David L.

Piraino of North Carolina, Frank L. (Brenda) Piraino of Kansas and Paul L. (Chris) Piraino of Corning; her mother, Beatrice Dodson of Oswego; her five grandchildren, Jessica Dwight, Angela, Lauren and Justin; her two sisters, Lynette Witherell of Fulton and Jane Dodson of Oswego.

There will be no calling hours. private services will be held at the convenience of her family.

Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mt. Morris.

Arrangements are with the Avoca Funeral Home, 22 N. Main St., Avoca.
