BATH - Ernest V.

Case, 72, of Circle Drive, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5 at the V.A. Medical Center, Bath.

He was born March 6, 1935 to Ernest and Elenor Casler Case in Newark, New Jersey.

Ernest was a retired driver for the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Bath. He was a member of St. Thomas Church, Bath. Served in the Navy from 1954 to 1958.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Covert Case; two daughters, Amy Case of Corning, Sara (Ted) Rosno of Bradford; grandchildren, Bret and Alex Rosno; mother-in-law, Don and Doris Covert Barcliff; one brother, William Case and step brother, George Frisk, both of Pulteney; sister, Helen Southard, Dresden.

Also survived by his devoted and loving friends, Dawn and Dick Fitzwater of Bath.

Predeceased by his step father, George Frisk and Malcom Covert.

There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service was held at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Bath on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. with Rev. J. Brad Benson officiating. Services by Seager-Jones Funeral Home, Bath.
