Show some respect

Have you walked around downtown Bath lately? I just went for a walk on Thursday September 6, 2007 during my lunch hour and what do I find almost as soon as I cross from Pulteney Square to East Steuben Street? Three piles of dog waste!! There are a lot of people that walk the streets of Bath and since it is such a quaint historical village, it should be a pleasant experience. But it isn't when some inconsiderate person lets their dog dump in the middle of the sidewalk!! This is not the first time I have had to walk around dog pooh in the middle of the sidewalk either. This time just took the cake! Three piles in the space between the Old National Hotel and the Steuben Bowl. Two poor unsuspecting souls that walked before me ended up stepping in two of the disgusting piles! I really do love animals but I would not expect other people to have to see, let alone walk around or through their waste. It is disgusting and unsanitary!
