DWI

A Steuben County grand jury last week indicted Richard Simmonds, 71, of 45 Hudson St., Bath, on two counts of felonious driving while intoxicated in connection with an incident on July 10 in the Village of Bath.

Simmonds previously had been convicted of DWI in the Town of Urbana.

Stolen property

Jeffrey Murphy, 45, of state Route 415, Bath, was indicted on charges of third degree criminal possession of stolen property and multiple counts of reckless endangerment.

Murphy allegedly led police on a high speed chase on Aug. 20 in the Town of Bath while driving a stolen vehicle.
