Bear warning

BATH - A bear cub reportedly was hit by a car early Friday in the vicinity of Tops Market in Bath and ran off. An adult bear also has been reported in the same area and is possibly the mother of the injured cub. Anyone seeing either a bear cub or an adult bear in the area is advised not to approach either animal and to call the Ball police department at 776-2175, or 911.
