The blotter DWI State police in Bath last week charged Brandon J. Miller, 21, of Howard with driving while intoxicated. Miller is to appear in town court at a later date. Burglary State police are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Steuben Crushed Stone facility located at the intersection of county Route 10 and Turnpike Road in the Town of Bath. Property was stolen from the business office and the gravel plant, including copper wire, tubing and cord. The incident occurred between the evening of Oct. 19 and the morning of Oct. 22. Anyone with any information regarding the incident is asked to contact Inv. Albright at the Bath state police barracks, 776-2183. Illegal alcohol State police last week charged Michael E. Rivers and James V. Young, both 18, of Prattsburgh, both 18, with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21. Rivers also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Both are to appear in Erwin town court at a later date. Marijuana Painted Post state police last week arrested Alan Shoemaker, 39, of Campbell for unlawful possession of marijuana following a vehicle stop on Oct. 24. Shoemaker is to appear at a later date in Campbell town court. |
