Bath state police last week arrested Allen M. Lafler, 28, of Bath on charges of felonious driving while intoxicated and felonious aggravated unlicensed operation. He was arraigned in Bradford town court and remanded to the county jail.

DWI

State police last week arrested Nikolay S. Mirchev, 22, of Hammondsport on a charge of driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Hammondsport village court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.

DWI

Bath state police last week charged Richard A. Goodrich, 22, of Prattsburgh with driving while intoxicated. He is to appear in Bath town court at a later date.

DWI

Painted Post state police last week charged Eric C. Bills, 20, of Hammondsport with driving while intoxicated. He is to appear in Erwin town court.

The Steuben County grand jury last week indicted Vicki Ames, 38, of county Route 13, Bath, with first degree perjury for allegedly giving false testimony in a court proceeding.

Assault

Steuben County Sheriff's deputies last week arrested Steven B. Vogt, 42, of Bath on a charge of third-degree assault after investigating a domestic incident.

Vogt was arraigned in Avoca town court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail. He is to appear in Bath town court at a later date.

State police and the Bath Ambulance Corps assisted at the scene of the incident.
