Carol S. Childers

BATH - Carol S. Childers, 68, of Route 53, Bath, died peacefully after an extended illness on Nov. 6. She was born in Canandaigua on Sept. 1, 1939, the daughter of Claude and Doras Dunton Randolph. Carol's past work was as an accountant and a substitute teacher.

She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Parker (Arthur Gill) of Campbell and Diane Milazzo of LeRoy; two sons, Eric Childers of Syracuse and Kevin Childers of Wheeler; four grandchildren, Crystal Stanley of Raleigh, North Carolina, James Parker and Amanda Parker both of Addison and Jessica Adamsof Rochester. She was predeceased by her husband Jimmy Childers in 1995 and her son Duane Childers in 1980.

A graveside service was held on Friday, Nov. 9 at 3 p.m. at the Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo with Lucille Kane officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to the American Kidney Fund 6110 Executive Blvd. Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813 or a charity's of one's choice.
