Kimberly A. "Kimmee" Northrop

AVOCA - Kimberly A. "Kimmee" Northrop, 41 of 5280 Barnes Road, died Monday, Dec. 3, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, after a long illness and a battle with ALL.

Born in Corning on June 30, 1966, she was a daughter of Stanley D. Mosher, Sr. and Lucinda Ross Mosher, who survives.

For the past five years she was employed as the deli manager of the Avoca Country Market.

Kimmee was determined and motivated and was presently in the process of receiving her high school diploma.

She enjoyed motorcycles and poker runs.

Her family includes, Tom Jackson and his children, Jeremiaha Jackson of Virginia and Crystal Jackson of Bath; her three daughters, Tasha Northrop and Tasha's daughter, Olivia "Lula" Northrop, Amanda and Shannon Northrop, all of Avoca; her parents; her three sisters, Penny (Bart) Bounds of Texas, Terry Pruden of Painted Post and Melissa (Tim) Karr of Campbell; three brothers, Joseph Mosher, Stanley Mosher, Jr. and Michael (Shelly) Mosher all of Elmira; her nieces and nephews and special friend, Chris Fox and many other great friends.

Calling hours were from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Avoca United Methodist Church, where a funeral and committal service was held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, with the Rev. William Spencer officiating. Interment was held at the Tyrone Un ion Cemetery.

Arrangements are with the Avoca Funeral Home, 22 N. Main St., Avoca.
