Trespassing

Bath village police last week charged Jessie Hughes Jr., 57, of Bath with trespassing.

Hughes allegedly got into an argument with another individual while at the Kwik Fill gas station in the Village of Bath. He was asked to leave the property several times by employees of the gas station and allegedly refused.

Police issued him an appearance ticket for a later date in village court.

DWI

State police last week charged Justin K. Stewart, 21, of Bath with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after investigating a single-car property damage accident. Stewart is to appear at a later date in village court.

Marijuana

State police last week charged Rudolph A. Yastremski, 47, of Bath with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop. He is to appear in Bath town court at a later date.
