Expecting new arrival?

BATH - Are you expecting to start the new year with a new arrival? The Courier-Advocate is sponsoring its annual First Baby Contest to award the Courier customer who has the first baby of 2008.

If you think your new baby could be The Courier's First Baby of 2008, call The Courier at 776-2121 to see if you qualify to win prizes donated by Courier advertisers.

Contest Rules:

• The first caller meeting contest requirements will be declared our winner.

• The baby and family must reside within The Courier market area, which includes the Town of Bath, Hammondsport, Avoca, Campbell, Savona, Cameron, Cameron Mills, Prattsburg, Pulteney or Kanona.

• The birth can be at any area hospital after the stroke of midnight on December 31, 2007. Hospital verification required.

Courier office hours to call: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Parents agree to a promotional photograph for publication in The Courier.

• Prizes to be claimed by Jan. 31, 2008.
