Petit larceny

Bath village police last week charged Christopher W. Quick, 27, of Colonial Lawns Apartments, Village of Bath, with petit larceny, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief stemming from an incident that occurred at Colonial Lawns on the Dec. 24, 2007.

Quick, who was being held in the Steuben County Jail on a charge of parole violation, was to be arraigned in Bath village court.

Harassment

Steuben County Sheriff's Deputies last week charged Robert E. Freeman, 31, of E. William St.,with allegedly making a harassing phone call to an employee at the Steuben County Office Building.

Freeman was arraigned in Bath village court and released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in village court at a later date.

Forgery

Bath village police last week charged Karen L. Bulkley, 40, of Denwood Terrace, Bath, with second-degree forgery stemming from an altered prescription for a controlled substance.

Bulkley was arraigned in Bath village court and is to reappear in court at a later date.

Petit

Bath village police last week arrested Jennifer D. Briglin, 20, of Telegraph Road, Bath, for petit larceny stemming from a complaint that an employee of K-Mart had stolen $450 from a cash register.

Briglin was released on an appearance ticket and is to reappear in Bath village court at a later date.

DWI

Bath state police last week charged Rebecca S. Madigan, 32, of Bath with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on state Route 54. She is to appear in Bath village court at a later date.

Bath state police last week charged Brian M. Kelsey, 20, of Bath with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on state Route 54. He is to appear in Bath village court at a later date.
