Top honors

Pictured at left, Lori and Mike Skelly of 221 Liberty St., Bath pose with their children at their home, which won first place in the Bath Neighborhood Watch Group's third annual Christmas Decoration Contest. Second place went to Jim Orme of 11 Fowler St., Bath; third place went to Becky and Mike Towner, 127 W. William St., and Bill Davis of 113 W.
