Lester C. Andrews, 79,

of bath, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 1, at his sons home.

He was born Sept. 11, 1928 in Wheeler, the son of the late Clyde and Nava Andrews.

He served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Taylor Wine Co. He was a member of the Baqth VFW Post 1470.

He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers and sisters, Marion Olmsted, Gerald Andrews, Julia Gleason and Arnold Andrews and his wife Sharon Andrews.

He is survived by his children Monica (Ernie)Sage of Randolph, Barry Andrews of Great Valley and Jerry (Sandra) Andrews of Great Valley; his brothers and sisters Ethelyn (Leon) Koroski of Bath, Wilbur (Ethel) Andrews of Valchese, North Carolina, Elwood Andrews, Sr. of Morborne, Missouri, Florence Ferris of Bath, Fran (Katie) Andrews of Kanona, Augusta (Roger) Sincerbox) Draper of Newport and June (Juan) Chacor of El Paso, Texas; five grandchildren Christopher Sage, Scott Andrews, Marcus Andrews, Breanne Chase and Cody Sage; one great-grandchild Tylar Sage.

The The Pallbearers will be the four grandsons Christopher, Scott, Marcus and Cody.

Calling hours were observed Friday, Jan. 4, at the Bond- Davis Funeral Home of Bath, where his Funeral Servie was held on Saturday, Jan. 5, at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Jeffrey McDowell officiating. Military honors were held at the funeral home following the funeral service.
