John Warren Shaut
ofBath, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, at home. He was born in Towanda, Pennsylvania on Jan. 1, 1938, the son of John and Ida Shaut. He retired as an LPN from St. James Hospital in Hornell and had previously worked at Bethesda Hospital in Hornell prior to working at St. James. He was a Navy Veteran. He is survived by eight children, Christine (Steve) Carson of Hornel, Kathleen (Joel) Gilman of Arkport, Kimberly (Kelly) Margeson of Hornell, Barbara Shaut of Hornell, Steve (Deb) Shaut of Hornell, Thomas (Theresa) Shaut of Hornell, John Shaut of Hornell, Donald Shaut of California; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Donna (David) Williams of Bath and Joan (James) Stevens of Bath. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Lowery. Friends may call on Monday, Jan. 14, from 5-6 p.m. at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. Memorial services will follow at 6 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Jamie Coots officiating. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Bath. |
