      Kidnapping State police in Bath last week arrested Darren P. McEathon, 28, of Bath with second-degree kidnapping, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. McEathon on Aug. 18, 2007, allegedly assaulted a 16- year-old female and dragged her into a wooded area.
