Former Steuben County deputy sues sheriff, county

      Bath - A $5 million lawsuit against Steuben County and Sheriff Richard Tweddell has been filed by a former investigator in U.S. District Court in Rochester. Allegations in the lawsuit include sexual discrimination, civil rights violations and retaliation.
