Denine E. Tenny

HAMMONDSPORT - Denine E. Tenny, 4 3 , o f Hammondsport, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, very unexpectedly. Denine was born Nov. 11, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio. The daughter of Darrell and Dorothy West Tenny. Denine was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt who cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She also loved crafts.

Denine is survived by her loving daughters, Christiana Alteri and Lapis Lazuli Alteri both of Farmington Hills, Michigan; her loving and devoted parents, Darrell and Dorothy West Tenny of Horseheads; brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Dena Tenny of Lexington, Kentucky, Darrell and Theodora Tenny and David and Yolanda Tenny all of Brunswick, Ohio, Daniel and Karen Tenny of Middletown, Connecticut; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Ernest Bowes of Horseheads; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends including her best friend andd companion Lecena McAllister.

Relatives and friends were invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home, 318 West Broad Street, Horseheads, on Sunday, Feb. 3, from 2-4 p.m. Denine's Funeral and Committal Services were held at the Funeral Home at the conclusion of calling hours with Pastor Scott Lowmaster officiating.

Denine will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, at the convenience of the family.
