Rape

A Steuben County grand jury last week indicted Robert Miller, 48, of 8291 North Urbana Hill Road, Hammondsport, with multiple counts of third-degree rape and third- degree criminal sex act , as well as a variety of other sexual offenses

stemming from allegations that over a period of time in 2006 and 2007 he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 17 years.

Miller is to appear at a later date in Steuben County court.
