Kilrush to perform at St. Patrick's Day concert

The Irish folk band Kilrush, pictured above, will perform March 14 at Haverling High School as part of the Bath Rotary and Interact Clubs' annual St. Patrick's Day celebration.
BATH - Spring is just around the corner, and so is St. Patrick's Day.

That means area residents can enjoy an evening of Irish music and dancing when the Bath Rotary Club and Interact Club host their annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner and Concert at Haverling High School

The celebration is scheduled for March 14 with dinner to be served at 5 p.m. and a concert featuring the Irish band Kilrush and the Ring of Chiarraaighe Dancers following at 7 p.m.

The evening will also feature a silent auction that extends until the concert intermission. Proceeds will be used in support of the Rotary Club's community activities. Dozens of items have been donated from area businesses, as well as Rotary Club members. If you like auctions this is the perfect occasion for treasure hunting.

Tickets are $12 for the concert and $8 for the dinner and may be purchased at the following outlets: Five Star Bank, Community Bank, Steuben Trust Co, Chemung Canal Trust Co., and the Steuben Courier-Advocate office.

Individual Rotarians also have tickets for sale.
