DWI

Bath state police last week charged Melissa M. Eaton, 25, of Avoca with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on state Route 415. She is to appear in Avoca town court at a later date.

Grand larceny

A Steuben County grand jury recently indicted Heather Crowe, 21, of Fairport on charges of third-degree grand larceny and two counts of first-degree scheming to defraud.

Harassment

Painted Post state police last week charged Jerry D. Hoad, 32, of Bath with harassment. He is to appear in Thurston town court at a

later date.

Accident

State police last week arrested Timothy J. Hoose, 20, of Prattsburgh on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs after investigating a one-car property damage accident on March 1. Hoose was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or a $10,000 property

bond.

Petit larceny

State police last week charged Carrie A. Morath,

22, and Meagan L. Pike, 20, both of Savona, with petit larceny. Morath and Pike also were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. They are to appear in Erwin court at a later date.
