Cameron athlete competes at nationals

HOUGHTON - Cameron's Chelsea Adams, a graduate of Haverling High School, competed at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics' national indoor track and field meet at Eastern Tennessee University in Johnson City, Tennessee on March 6-8.

Running for Houghton College, Adams qualified in the 3000m race walk. This will be her first appearance at nationals.

Adams will be one of 11 Highlander athletes who are competing at the national meet. She is a freshman, majoring in chemistry.
