DWI

State police last week charged Fonzarelli E. DeKay, 32, of Bath, with driving while intoxicated and driving with a bloodalcohol level of .17 percent. He is to appear in Bath town court at a later date.

Underage drinking

State police charged the following individuals with alcohol-related offenses after investigating an underage drinking party on April 4: Brian Burke, 20, Dustin Drake, 18, Jeffrey Groen, 20, Adam Grover, 19, Jessica Kata, 18, Jake Socola, 18, William Underhill, 19 and Russel Underhill, 20, all of Prattsburgh; and Melanie Dillon, 20; Nicholas J. Edward, 20, both of Branchport.

Assault

Steuben County Sheriff's deputies last week charged Theresa M. Geyer, 44, of Campbell with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after interviewing an assault victim in the Village of Bath.

Geyer is to appear at a later date in Bath village court.

DWI

Bath state police last week charged Thomas J. Scharf, 57, of Bath with felonious driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent and several other traffic violations. He is to appear at a later date in Bath town court.

Marijuana

Bath state police last week charged Eric J. Lent, 22, of Savona with unlawful possession of marijuana. He is to appear at a later date in Savona village court.
