DWI

Steube n County Sheriff's deputies last month charged Eric Vosburgh, 25 , o f Campbell with driving while intoxicated, following a vehicle too closely, failure to keep right and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent. He is to appear at a later date in Campbell town court.

DWI

Bath state police last charged Reid Gustin, 18, of Hammondsport with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is to appear at a later date in Bath village court.

Marijuana

State police also charged John J. Adams, 42, of Bath with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop last week.  He is scheduled to appear in urbana town court at a later date.
