Bath Chamber to host second Community Activities Council meeting

BATH - The Greater Bath Area Chamber of Commerce at 6 p.m. June 4 will host a second meeting to explore how community groups, churches and social organizations can better communicate and coordinate events.

The meeting will take place in the Dormann Library.

Tentatively called the Community Activities Council, the group to date consists of about 20 people representing several organizations who met in April and discussed various ideas, including the need for increased coordination, an on-line calendar of events and possibilities for establishing a community festival.

All area groups and organizations are invited to attend the next meeting.
