The blotter Warrant Steuben County Sheriff 's deputies report the arrest of a Prattsburgh man on Wednesday, May 21, on a Steuben County Family Court Warrant. James A. Lass Jr., 20, was processed and arraigned before Judge Latham. Lass was released on his own recognizance and due back in Family Court at a later date. Steuben County Sheriff 's Deputies were assisted by Monroe County Sheriff's Office. DWI Canisteo State Police arrested Randall D. Loucks Jr., 26, of Cameron Mills, for Driving While Intoxicated on May 17 following a traffic stop. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cameron Court at a later date. Underage drinking Painted Post State Police arrested Joshua M. Tobias, 19, of Hammondsport, for Possession of Alcohol under 21 years of age on May 16. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Campbell Court at a later date. Petit Larceny Bath State Police arrested Erica E. Hults, 17, of Kanona, for Petit Larceny on May 12 following a shoplifting complaint by Guthrie Medical Group. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Urbana Court at a later date. DWI On May 13, State Police arrested John F. Mitchell, 64, of Bath, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of .15 percent following a report of an erratic driver on State Route 415. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bath Court at a later date. DWI Bath State Police arrested Kelly L. Councilman, 24, of Avoca, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .23 percent on May 14 following a traffic stop. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Avoca Court at a later date. Property Damage Bath State Police arrested John D. Kemp, 39, of Rochester, for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident on May 14 following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Prattsburgh Court at a later date. DWI Bath State Police arrested Sommer R. Abbott, 30, of Bath, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .12 percent, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Vehicular Assault 2nd and several V&T tickets following an investigation of a personal injury automobile accident on May 14. She was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 property bond. DWI Bath State Police arrested Scott A. Thomas, 48, of Avoca, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .11 percent following an investigation of a 3- car accident on May 15. He was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash/$5,000 property bond. Fireworks possession On May 12, Canisteo State Police arrested Brian Joshua R. Stocum, 20, of Bath, for Unlawful Possession of Fireworks and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon on school property following a complaint from Hornell BOCES. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hornellsville Court at a later date. DWI Bath village police report the arrest of David A. Ives, age 38, of Turnpike, Bath, charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated DWI, Felony AUO, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Comply and Criminal Impersonation 2nd. Ives was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. Unlawfully Dealing with Child Bath village police report the following arrest of Holly L. Padgett, age 23, of East William St., Bath, charged with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 2nd degree. Padgett is alleged to have hosted a underage drinking parking at her residents. Padgett is to appear in Bath Village Court at a later date. DWI Bath State Police arrested Michelle M. Kies, 42, of Campbell, fo r Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .22% following a traffic stop on May 20. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bath Court at a later date. DWI Bath State Police arrested Timothy I. Millard, 49, of Bath, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of .18 percent following a traffic stop on May 17. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bath Court at a later date. |
