Child killer Smith up for parole

      BATH - Convicted killer Eric Smith's fate is again in the hands of a parole board. A state Department of Corrections parole board will determine this month if Smith will be freed from prison or incarcerated for at least two more years. Smith has been denied parole three t imes since 2002.
