Bath man charged after shots fired

BATH - No one was injured June 9, when a 27-year-old Bath man fired shots at a vehile

on Harrisburg Hollow Road, Bath state police said

ast week.

According to troopers, Michael J. Loza, 27, fired at a vehicle around 10:30 a.m. after he and another person argued. A 2-year-old was one of the occupants of the vehicle.

The situation began with an argument, and as the second man drove away, Loza allegedly got a gun from his residence and fired at the fleeing vehicle.

Loza was arrested and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, seconddegree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and released after posting $5,000 cash bail.

If convicted, Loza faces up to seven years in state prison.
