Dorothy E. Campbell

PRATTSBURGH - Dorothy E. Campbell, age 82, of 10529 Cty Rte 74 Prattsburgh, died Friday, June 6, peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

Friends and family called at the Bottoni-Wood Funeral Home, 4 Mechanic St., Prattsburgh on Tuesday, June 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Her funeral service followed immediately at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Ron Perry officiating. Interment followed at Rural Cemetery in Prattsburgh.

Dorothy was born in Caton, on July 20, 1925 the daughter of the late Earl and Elvira Wilcox Rozell. She enjoyed working for many years in the vineyards in the Prattsburgh/Pulteney area. She loved caring for her home and family and spending time with her friend, Beverly Stratton. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond T. Campbell in 1986; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Hill in 1995; great granddaughter, El izabeth Johnson in 1986; sister, Corelia Ordway; and brothers Alvin Rozell and Dan Barton.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Butch (Antonett) Campbell and David (Janet) Campbell both of Prattsburgh; daughter, Joan (David) Day of Wayne; stepson, Noel (Elsie) Campbell of Bradford; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Colista Berlozan and Mary Jane Tadder; and her brother, Raymond Rozell.
