Avoca's good name tarnished?

I am a technician for a local telephone company who was dispatched on an installation for the Village/Town of Avoca at 3 Chase St., Avoca, NY on April 25, 2008. My work order involved connecting an additional number and placing a jack and wire.

I would like it to be known that in the course of my professional duties that day, I was highly insulted by a comment made by, whom I believe to be the Justice Court Clerk, Barbara Eaton. A co-worker and I were referred to as "good little toby's." To me, this is rude offensive and prejudicial.

I hope for the sake of the village/ town that this was said out of ignorance instead of prejudice. If so, this offender may consider some kind of additional training.

If not, her resignation should be forthcoming so as to remove a tarnish on the Village/Town of Avoca's good name.
Sincerely,
John Strawway
