State police in Bath charged Eric K. Albers, 21, of Bath, for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on June 14. He is scheduled to appear in Urbana town court at a later date.

DWI

State Police in Bath charged Sheila E. Keeney, 34, of Bath, for driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana following a complaint on June 14. She is scheduled to appear in Wayne town court at a later date.

Steuben County Grand Jury

• David L. Carson of Bath is charged by indictment with two counts of driving while intoxicated, arising out of allegations that on Jan. 16, in the Bath village, the defendant operated a vehicle while intoxicated.

• John Sabins of Bath is charged by indictment with multiple counts of second degree forgery and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, together with related petit larceny misdemeanor charges, arising out of allegations that in early 2008, in the Bath village, the defendant stole, forged and cashed a series of checks.
