Local students named to Dean's List

• Kristin E. Forshee has been named to the Dean's List at the University at Albany for the fall 2007 and spring 2008 semesters. Kristin is a 2007 graduate of Haverling High School.

• Michelle S. Burns, a senior, of Fort Hill, Bath has been named to the spring Dean's List at SUNY Oswego. She is majoring in Journalism.

• John P. McCartney, a junior, of Lyon St., Bath has been named to the spring Dean's List at SUNY Oswego. He is majoring in cognitive science.

• Jonathan M. Fairbanks, a senior, of South Fowler St., Bath has been named to the spring Dean's List at SUNY Oswego. He is majoring in fine arts.

• Ashley Axtell, daughter of Rose Balcer of Ganesvoort St., Bath, has been named to the Spring 2008 Dean's List at St. John Fisher College in Rochester.

Axtell a 2008 graduate is a Economics major.

• Tomothy Connors, a 2007 graduate of Prattsburgh Central School has been named to the WVU Dean's List for both the Fall and the Spring semester. Connors is majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering.
