Weapon

State police in Bath last week charged Stephen Buck, 36, of Hammondsport, with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon following a complaint on June 21. Buck is scheduled to appear in Wayne town court at a later date.

Unlawfully dealing

William "Ben" Allen, 27, of Avoca was charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a child, for allowing an 18-year-old consume alcoholic beverages at his residence. Allen will appear at Howard town court at a later date.

Petit larceny

State police in Bath last week charged Dean L. French, 27, of Savona, with petit larceny following a complaint on June 20. French is scheduled to appear in Bath town court at a later date.

DWI

State police in Bath last week charged Matthew R. Tobias, 45 , o f Hammondsport, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alchol level of .12 percent following an investigation of a one-car motor vehicle accident on June 25. Tobias is scheduled to appear in Pulteney town court at a

later date.

ATV violations

An unidentified 16-yearold Thurston youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating an ATV on a public highway, unregistered ATV, operating without a helmet and unlicensed operator. The youth will appear in Thurston town court at a

later date.

DWI

State police in Bath charged Patrick T. McDonald, 53, of Bath, for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on June 27. McDonald is scheduled to appear in Bath town court at a later date.

Harassment

State police in Painted Post arrested Harold L. Hand, 28, of Cameron Mills, on charges harassment and resisting arrest following a complaint on June 28. Hand was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1000 property bond.
