Toastmasters Club installs new officers
Club emphasizes communication, leadership development

BATH - Terry Bilancio is the new president of the Wine Country Toastmasters Club 5473 in Bath.
Special recognition went to Bob Babcock for his outreach work at the Livingston County Jail where he facilitates a Toastmasters Speechcraft program for the inmates, and for his initiative instituting this program at county jails throughout New York state. He was also awarded a plaque recognizing his leadership of the club as president for the last two years.
Two new members, Bruce Babcock and Kathy Strack, were formally welcomed into the club.
Other members and guests at the dinner were Karen and Tom Andrus, Willie Bilancio, Paul Hilk, Phil Scott, and Dottie and Chris Trail. Arrangements for the gathering were made by Barbara McLaughlin.
The Wine Country Toastmasters Club provides its members a communication and leadership development program and is one of more than 10,500 Toastmasters clubs around the world.
The club meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 7:00-8:30 P.M. at the new Steuben County Health Care Facility, 7009 Rumsey Street Extension, Bath.
