Lee F. Travis

LAWTON, OKLAHOMA - Lee F. Travis, 54, of Lawton, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, Sept. 25 in Lawton.

He was born June 22, 1954 in Corning, the son of William C. and Julia A. Ferranti Travis Sr.

Lee retired from the Army in 1992 after 20 years of service.

Surviving are his mother of Bath; brother, William C. Travis, Jr. of Bath; sister, Judy A. Travis of Avoca; aunts and uncles, Kate and Alton Herrick of Lindley, Cora and Daniel Soles of Bath, Vivian Farranti of Troupsburgh, Howard Travis of Savona and Ernest Harley of Bath; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his father in Dec. 27, 1993.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14 at the Bath National Cemetery. Rev. Paul J. Rowley will officiate and Military Honors will be accorded after the service.

Arrangements are by the LaMarche Funeral Home of Hammondsport.
