BRADFORD | Ronald D. Robertson, 57 of Bradford, was arrested Feb. 11 for aggravated unlicensed operation as well as felony aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the Village of Painted Post.

CORNING | Deputies report the arrest of a Bradford resident Tuesday night. Mihkelle A. Mack, 25, of County Route 20, Bradford was arrested after a traffic stop in the city of Corning Mack was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than. .08 percent and failure to signal lane change. Mack was released with tickets and will appear in the city of Corning court at a later date.
Violation of probation
HORNELL | Deputies report the arrest of Carl A. Heffner, 42, of East Avenue in the city of Hornell for violation of probation on Feb. 9. Heffner entered the Steuben County Probation Office in Hornell for a meeting with his probation officer at which time Heffner was taken into custody. Heffner was arraigned in the Steuben County Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail. Heffner will reappear in Steuben County Court at a later date.
Bench warrant
WOODHULL | Deputies report the arrest of David W. Stanley. Stanley was arrested in the town of Woodhull on a bench warrant issued by Steuben County Court. Stanley is being held in the Steuben County Jail without bail until the next County Court session.
Property damage hit and run collision investigation
TROUPSBURG | Deputies are continuing to investigate a property damage hit and run collision that occurred at 1179 State Route 36 in the town of Troupsburg. The suspect vehicle was traveling in a Southerly direction on State Route 36 towards the Hamlet of Troupsburg. Deputies have acquired more information concerning the suspect vehicle and are asking for assistance from the public. The suspect vehicle is a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck model year of 2009-2012. The truck will have damage to it’s front passenger side bumper and mirror. The vehicle color appears to be a dark gray/charcoal. The public can leave information anonymously with the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center at 607-622-3911.
