Disobeyed Traffic Control Device
• BATH | Robert D. Fullmer, 66, of 7285 Snyder Hill was charged Jan. 21 with disobeying a traffic control device.
• BATH | Holly L. Davis, 44, of P.O.Box 246, Naples, NY was charged Jan. 21 with disobeying a traffic control device.
• BATH | Edward T. Maliborski, 28, of 4863 E#ddy Ridge Rd., Marion, NY., was charged Jan. 22 with disobeying a traffic control device.
• BATH | Eric D. Morrell, 18, of 66 Cheltenham Rd, was charged Jan. 26 with disobeying a traffic control device.

Harassment
BATH | Stephen A Bradford IV,m 20, of 15 W. William St., was charged Jan. 24 with 2nd degree harassment.

Assault
• BATH | Brian Thomas Parulski, 26, of Muck Rd.,, was charged Jan. 24 with 3rd degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
• BATH | Albert Charles Beam Jr, 30, of 512 W. Washington St., Apt. 208, was charged Jan. 28 with 3rd degree assault.

Revoked License
BATH | Matthew W. Slayton, 3722 Slayton Rd., Cohocton, was charged Jan. 23 for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. He was also charged with a dirty plate and inadequate plate lamps.

DWI
• BATH | Valerie Lynn Hudok, 50, of 7371 Faucett Rd., was charged Jan. 27 with DWI, aggravated DWI and inadequate/no muffler.
• BATH | Bradley M. Vogt, 25, of 7865 Brookwood estates,  was charged Jan. 26 with DWIm having a BAC of .08% or more, and for unsafe backing.

Suspended Registration
BATH | Olivia C. Tillman, 18, of 8947 Cty. Rt. 7, Avoca, was charged Jan. 27 with driving with a suspended registration,unsafe tire, no insurance and inadequate lights.

Petit Larceny
BATH | Jeffrey W. Duell Jr, 23, of 25 Maple Ave., Cohocton, was charged Jan. 27 with petit larceny.

Bench Warrant
BATH | Chastity Anne Stark, 36, of 5 W. Morris St., was arrested Jan. 25 on a bench warrant.

Violation of Parole
BATH | David Schuyler Everritt, 77, of 332 W. Morris St., Rm.107, was arrested Jan. 25 for violation of parole.

No Inspection
BATH | Patrick R. Thrush, 55, of 219 E. Steuben St., was charged Jan. 25 with having an uninspected motor vehicle.

Criminal Contempt
BATH | Jessica Hope Galligan, 21, of 12 1/2 W. Steuben St., was charged Jan 26 with 2nd degree criminal contempt.

Unlicensed Operataor
BATH | Laurell L. Cummings, 29, of 3183 Potter Rd., Troupsburg, was charged Jan. 26 as an unlicensed operator and with failure to notify DMV of an address change.

Several charges
BATH | Bath Police report the arrest of Aric M. Pietsch, 26, of Fish Hatchery Road, Bath, for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, failure to dim headlights and moving from lane unsafely. Traffic tickets were issued for return to the village of Bath court on a later date.

STEUBEN SHERIFFS
Petit larceny
CAMPBELL | Deputies report the arrest of two Campbell residents Thursday. Deputies report the arrest of Scott D. Chandler, 43, and Sherri L. Patterson, 44, of Manning Ridge Road, Painted Post. Both were charged with petit larceny after deputies investigated the report of gravel being taken from the Steuben County Department of Public Works Highways Shop in Curtiss during the month of December 2012. Both suspects were issued appearance tickets to appear in the town of Campbell court at a later date.

MVA
BATH | Deputies report of a one car motor vehicle rollover accident that occurred on Windfall Road in the town of Bath. It is reported that Kimberly Wilson, 27, of Avoca, was traveling on Windfall Road at about 2 a.m. Wednesday when she failed to negotiate a curve. Wilson's vehicle left the roadway, collided with a ditch and overturned. Wilson sustained a serious physical injury and was transported to IRA Davenport Hospital for treatment. Deputies allege that unreasonable speed combined with alcohol involvement were factors in the collision. Deputies are continuing to investigate and charges are pending.

Disorderly conduct
BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Christopher A. Spengler, 24, of West Washington Street, Bath for disorderly conduct at the County Office Building. Spengler was issued an appearance ticket to reappear in the village of Bath court at a later date.

DWI/Controlled substance
BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Cassondra L. Gessner, 28, of Bath. Gessner was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation. Upon investigation she was found to be in an intoxicated condition and also illegally possessed a prescription narcotic. Gessner was charged with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in the village of Bath court and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation/Harassment
BATH | Deputies report that Kenneth A. Mccray, 42, of Bath, was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment. The charges stem from a domestic dispute where Mccray allegedly choked and grabbed a female. He was arraigned in the town of Bath court and send to the Steuben County Jail on bail. He will appear in the town of Bath court at a later date.

PAINTED POST STATE POLICE
Endangering the welfare of a child
COOPERS PLAINS | On January 17, 2013 Troopers were dispatched to the GST Boces Campus in Coopers Plains, for the report of a disruptive student who had assaulted other students and staff. Upon arrival, the student, age 15, was taken into custody under the Mental Health Law, and transported to Corning Hospital for evaluation. After further investigation, including conferring with the Steuben County Law Dept., the youth was charged as a juvenile delinquent with endangering the welfare of a child, and petitioned into Steuben County Family Court.
