The Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn & Suites in Penn Yan has received the Best Western Director’s Award for outstanding quality standards. The Director’s Award recognizes Best Western International hotels scoring in the top 20 percent of all 2,400 North American properties in cleanliness and maintenance. Hotels must also meet Best Western’s requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the distinction.

Located at 142 Lake Street, the Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn & Suites features 57 guest rooms. In June, the hotel added 14 new luxury suites with high end amenities, such as flat screen TVs, Roman showers, kitchenettes and plenty of living space. Breakfast features a Finger Lakes theme, along with a concierge service to assist with sight-seeing activities. “These special services and our new rooms add sparkle to our guest’s experience, and that makes working here a lot of fun,” says Amy.
