Criminal obstruction

BATH | David Damon Bennett, 33, of 337 E. William St., was charged Dec. 10 with criminal obstruction of breathing.

Harassment
BATH | Jon Mark Famoly, 57, of 3 Haverling Court, Lot 14, wascharged Dec. 10 with second-degree harassment.

DWI/no rear license plate
BATH | The village of Bath Police Department report the arrest of Kimberly A. Wilson, 27, of Chase Street Avoca on Dec. 16. Wilson was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and no rear license plate. She was released to appear in the village of Bath court at a later date.

Endangering welfare of a child/harassment
BATH | The village of Bath Police Department arrested a Bath resident in the afternoon of Dec. 14. Charles Leasure, 36, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Leasure was arraigned and will appear in court at a later date.

Several charges
The village of Bath Police Department report the arrest of Constance D. Wright, 54, of E. William Street, Bath on Dec. 16. Wright was charged with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident on E. William Street where David D. Bennett, 33, also of E. William Street Bath was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Wright was released to appear in the village of Bath court at a later date. Bennett was remanded to the Steuben County Jail to reappear in the village of Bath court at a later date.

Criminal contempt
• BATH | The village of Bath Police Department arrested a Bath resident in the afternoon of Dec. 14. Michael McCullough, 36, was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt after he threatened the protected party of an order of protection. McCullough was arraigned and sent to the Steuben County Jail on $2,000/$4,000 bail.
• BATH | The village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Michael E. McCullough, 36, homeless in Bath was charged with second-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection on Dec. 16. McCullough is currently being held in the Steuben County Jail for a separate second-degree criminal contempt charge.

STEUBEN SHERIFFS
Issuing a bad check
COHOCTON | Deputies report the arrest of Deborah Ann Snyder, 52, of Avoca on Dec. 16, 2012. Snyder was charged with issuing a bad check based on a complaint filed by a Cohocton village business. Allegedly Snyder issued a check to a Cohocton business without enough funds in the account to cover the check during the month on May 2012. Snyder is to appear in the village of Cohocton court at a later date.
