Two alleged parole absconders reportedly driving a stolen car were arrested Wednesday after troopers tracked them to Campbell.

A third man traveling with parolees was also arrested. All three are from the Rochester area.

According to New York State Police in Painted Post, brothers Raymond D. Hottois and Loren W. Hottois were wanted by the state Division of Parole as absconders. The brothers were on parole after serving time for robbery and kidnapping.

Officers learned the men were possibly traveling to the Corning area in a stolen SUV, and troopers located the men on Wixon Road in Campbell. They were in possession of the stolen vehicle, troopers said. Also, police found cocaine and cash on each of the three men, troopers said.

Raymond Hottois, 44; Loren Hottois, 47; and Robert S. Blake, 47, were all charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They were sent to the Steuben County Jail.
