Rape/endangering welfare of a child
AVOCA | Earl L. Kinter, 24, of O’Connor Street, Hornell, was charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He allegedly had a sexual relationship with a person less than 17 years old over the summer. He was jailed on $10,000 cash bail.
Burglary
AVOCA | Todd R. Briglin, 42, of North Main Street, Cohocton, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary. He allegedly broke into Bath residence and an Avoca residence in the spring. He is being held in the Steuben County Jail.
