• BATH | Thomas Edward Burchell, 54, of 5 Lackawanna St., Apt. 1, was charged Sept. 27 with disorderly conduct.
• BATH | Allen Eugene Serdula, 54, of 130 Rumsey St., was charged Sept. 30 with disorderly conduct.

AUO
• BATH | Brian E. Witherell, 30, of 11 Church St., Savona, was charged Sept. 27 with aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing.
• BATH | Scott S. Towner, 23, of 10519 CR 76, Hammondsport, was charged  Sept. 29 with aggravated unlicensed operation and disobeying a traffic control device.
• BATH | Dennis A. Sumey, 44, of 7455 CR 14, was charged Sept. 29 with aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection.
• BATH | Chastity A. Stark, 36, of 5 W. Morris St., was charged Sept. 30 with aggravated unlicensed operation, no insurance and suspended registration.

Obstruction
BATH | Larry Paul Jordon, 29, of 56 1/2 Liberty St., Apt. 218, was charged Sept. 28 with obstructing government administration.

Petit Larceny
BATH | John William Horan, 22, of 3332 W. Morris St., Rm 210, was charged Sept. 29 with petit larceny.

Possession
BATH | Stephen A. Bradford IV, 20, of 12 Geneva St. Apt. 101, was charged Sept. 30 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol, under the age of 21.

STEUBENSHERIFFS
Promoting
prison contraband
BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Luba Monfort, 41, of East Rochester, for second-degree promoting prison contraband at the Steuben County Jail. Monfort was seen passing an item to her husband who is an inmate at the Jail in the visitation room. The item was recovered by Corrections Officers and found to be tobacco. Monfort was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Bath court at a later date.

Warrant
• BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Jessie L. Smith Jr., 43, of Bridge St., Corning on a Steuben County Family Court Warrant on September 28, 2012 at the County Office Building. Smith was arraigned in Steuben County Family Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
• CAMPBELL | Deputies report the arrest of a female September 28 in the city of Corning. Leah R. Green, 18, of Lamphier Court was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in the town of Campbell. Green was processed and arraigned in the village of Savona court and remanded to Steuben County jail with no bail. Green will reappear in the town of Campbell court at a later date.
