STEUBEN SHERIFFS
Possession of marijuana

ERWIN | Deputies report the arrest of a town of Kanona resident on Dec. 7, 2012 for unlawful possession of marijuana. Regina L. Kulwin, 58, of North Main Street was charged with once count of unlawful possession of marijuana. Kulwin was given an appearance ticket for the charge and is scheduled to appear in the town of Erwin court at a later date.

Arrest warrant
BATH | Deputies report the arrest of a town of Tuscarora resident on Dec. 6 on an arrest warrant for a fugitive of justice from the State of Pennsylvania. Ricky S. Cook, 50, of County Route 86, was arrested following a report that he was wanted out of the State of Pennsylvania. Cook was taken into custody and arraigned in the town of Bath court where he was remanded to the Steuben County Jail.

LIVINGSTON SHERIFFS
Multiple charges

COHOCTON | Hugh L. Eddy II, 36, of Cohocton was charged Dec. 5 on a superior court warrant with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Eddy was sent to the Livingston County Jail on no bail.

Harassment
WAYLAND | Sondra M. Shaver, 32, of Wayland, was charged Dec. 6 with harassment.
