Bath - Alma B. Boser, formerly of Olean, died Friday (August 10, 2018) at the Steuben Centers, where she had been residing.

Born February 17, 1921 in Elizabeth, PA, she was the daughter of Alfred and Blanche Mansfield Borowsky.  On November 5, 1941 she married A. Harry Boser, who predeceased her.

Mrs. Boser was a graduate of 1939 Conneaut, Ohio High School.  She moved to the Olean area in 1955.   She truly loved taking care of her children and grandchildren and enjoyed the friends she made at the Steuben Centers.

Surviving are five children Sandra Watson-Eaton of Allegany, Joyce Melanson Babel of Depew, Muriel (Kevin) Brown of Bath, Barbara (Dean) Boser-Gates of Wellsville, and Andrew H. Boser, III., of Portville; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by one grandson Milton Watson, Jr.; two sisters; one brother; one daughter-in-law; and three
sons-in-law.

Friends were received at the Guenther Funeral Home, 1303 E. State Street, Olean on Friday (August 17, 2018) from 2-6pm, with her funeral service following at 6pm.
