Ruth B. Pinneo, age 56, of Route 13, Bath, passed away at home on the morning of Friday, July 23.
Friends and family were invited to attend a memorial service celebrating her life at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7 at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm Street, Penn Yan with the Rev. John Busch, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Finger Lakes SPCA, 7315 State Route 54, Bath, NY  14527.
Ruth was born in Rochester, NY on Oct. 27, 1953, the daughter of Andrew F. and Joan E. (Studley) Stoe.  She was a graduate of Webster Thomas High School in Webster, NY and earned her Associated Degree in Applied Sciences at Corning Community College.  She enjoyed baking cookies and doing needle point and was a member of the Embroiderer’s Guild of America.  Ruth was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and also loved her pets.   
She was predeceased by her mother, Joan; one sister; and one brother.
Ruth is survived by her loving husband, Ricky Pinneo; her children, Nickolas Pinneo and Anne (Mike) Romano; her grandchild, Tyler Murray; her father, Andrew Stoe; six sisters; four brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
