Joan A. Brinker, age 69, of Des Moines, IA and formerly of Bath, NY died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center. She was born October 5, 1940 in Doylestown, PA the daughter of James and Eleanor Blieler. She owned and operated Joan Stewart Appraisals in Bath, NY for many years.
She is survived by her three sons, Andrew (Kelly) Brinker of Altoona, IA, Daniel (Renee) Stewart of Syracuse, NY and David Stewart of Kanona, NY, her daughter Jennifer Kent of Hammondsport, NY, 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild; two sisters, Eileen Brinker of Doylestown, PA and Virginia Blieler of Doylestown, PA and her brother James Blieler of SC and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Tim Brinker in 2008 and sister, Gloria Blieler.
Arrangements are incomplete at Fagan’s Funeral Home in Bath.
