Justin T. West, 26, of Wayland, died Sunday, July 4 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA, from injuries sustained in a truck accident on Saturday, July 3 in Tioga County, PA.
Born March 22, 1984 in Dansville, he was a son of Bradley A. and Holly Haines West. On Dec. 9, 2005 in Conesus, NY, he married Nicole J. Silvernail,from Livonia, NY, who survives.
Justin was a graduate of Avoca High School in Avoca. He was a superintendent for the family business, Gas Field Specialists, Inc., Shinglehouse, PA.
He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was a great father and loved his kids beyond words.
Surviving besides his wife are his father and his step mother, Bradley A. and Dixie West of Horseheads; his mother, Holly Haines West of Avoca; four children, Tylor G. Silvernail, David D. Brown, Kagan G. West and Adysson M. West all at home; five brothers and sisters, Jessica A. West of Horseheads, Brandon L. West of Lock Haven, PA, Casey M. Hall of Horseheads, Jennifer B. West of Avoca and Christopher J. Hall of Horseheads; his paternal grandmother, Beatrice West of Millport, PA; a niece, Sienna Rae Fowler; a nephew, Darwin Brewer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Justin was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Burdett West; and his maternal grandparents, Carroll and Patricia Haines.
Burial was in the Pauline M. West Cemetery, Millport, PA.
