Minnie F. Glena, age 86, of Bath, NY, died Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Taylor Health Center. She was born in Rochester, NY, August 10, 1926 the daughter of George W. and Florence Clark Webster. Minnie retired from Bausch and Lomb of Rochester, NY. She loved to play Bingo and attend the church services at the Taylor Health Center. She attended Michellesville Methodist Church. Minnie loved her grandchildren and her dogs and cats very much.
She is survived by two daughters, Virginia (William) Remacle of Ellicott, CO and Wilhamina Glena of Bath, NY; seven grandchildren, William J.Jr. (Kim) Remacle, Dale A. (Tina) Remacle, Karen M. (Jim) Remacle, Elizabeth L. Remacle, Zachary A.(Esther) Murphy, Jeffrey T. Murphy and Andrew T. Murphy; brother-in-law, Richard E. Glena of Springwater, NY; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur A. Glena; and son-in-law, Michael Murphy.
Family and friends called at Fagan’s Funeral Home on Thursday, January 24 and a graveside service followed at 2 p.m. at Bath National Cemetery.
