It is with great sadness in our hearts to announce the sudden passing of Edward J. Diesel, Jr., 61, of Hammondsport on July 29 as a result of a farming accident which occurred at home.

Paul F. White, 73, passed away on Friday, July 15 at his home. He was born in Bath on April 2, 1937, the son of the late Fred B. White and Jessie (Bump) White.

Marjorie A. Manktelow, of Bath, NY went to join her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 22, 2010.

Norman J. Skinkle, 65 of County Route 415S, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, after a brief illness.

Hibbard A. Brush, age 74, of Water Street, Bath, NY died Monday, July 26, 2010.

Delores R. Sonner Bigelow (Dee) Zimar, 87, passed away on July 28, 2010 at her home.

Mary Z. Hauryski, 87, formally of 106 Gansevoort Street, Bath, New York, died peacefully Wednesday July 28, 2010 at the Taylor Health Care Center after a short illness.

Mary E. Stratton, age 80, of Bath, NY died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at the Taylor Health Center. 

Jan Uipkes, age 80, died at Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY on July 26, 2010. The cause was cardiac failure.

Roberta "Bobi" Cuddy, devoted daughter and mother, died suddenly at Strong Memorial Hospital on July 15, 2010.

Evered E. Burk, age 75, of Prattsburgh, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on Thursday, July 22, 2010, with his family by his side.

Mildred Z. Miller, 88, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Steuben County Health Care Facility.

Anna J. (Reese) Lynk passed away peacefully, July 21 at Ira Davenport Hospital with her family at her side.

Mary Lee Austin, 61, of Vero Beach, passed away on Friday, July 16 at her home.

Stewart Moshier, 78, of the Pinecrest Home For Adults in Avoca, passed away on Sunday, July 18 at the Bath VA Nursing Facility.

Leonard D. French II, 52, of 7809 Van Ness Rd., Hammondsport passed away suddenly Tuesday, July 20.

James A. Gilbert, Jr., 72, passed away unexpectedly, July 18 in his Campbell home.

May H. Tadder, 94, of Avoca passed away Saturday, July 17 at Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife/caregiver of Art Tadder, who was also a resident of Taylor Health Center until his death.

Sherri L Rossman, age 39, of Bath, NY, died Thursday, July 15 at home. She was born in Bath, March 12, 1971, the daughter of William and Susan Schwingel.

Donald E. Weaver, Jr., 35, of 401 Woodlawn Lane, passed away Saturday, July 17 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
