		<description>  BATH &amp;#8212; Steuben County legislators rolled over $500,000 in unspent funds from the current year's budget Monday, reducing the 2009 proposed tax levy increase of 3.9 percent down to 2.8 percent.  Legislators then adopted the $179.4 million 2009 budget. The unspent funds resulted in an average tax rate decrease of 5.		</description>

But there are a few others of us who at times choose to "still hunt."  Many deer have been taken from a stand. But many tags have been filled whether by bow hunting or with a gun while the hunter was "on the move" - "still hunting.		</description>
